Delivery
The delivery cost is calculated based on the total value of your order. Please note that our minimum order value is €500/£400. While we take great care to package all items securely, please note that our products are fragile. To minimize the risk of damage during transit, we ship all orders on pallets.
Please be aware that, due to the chosen shipping method, the smaller the order value, the higher the delivery cost percentage will be. Below, you will find the delivery cost percentages for most EU postcodes. If your postcode is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Customers also have the option to use their own couriers if they prefer. Please note that we charge an additional €20 for administrative fees for this service. Be aware that using your own courier may result in slight delays in delivery, typically by a couple of days.
